Purchase Order Purge at End of Month

As part of a recent software release, a system setting to purge completed Purchase Orders at the End of Month that was previously not in operation was activated. Here’s what you need to know:

• Completed Purchase Orders will now be purged as part of the end of month process.
• You do have the option to retain completed Purchase Orders in your system. 
• The number of purchase orders (in months) that are retained in the system is configurable. 
• The setting for this configuration is in the Purchase Ordering and Inwards Goods section.
