Our support options for sympac users

where can I find in store support?

Prior to go live your store management team will have appointed ‘Sympac Champions or Super Users’.  

These team members completed additional advanced training across the sympac systems in order to provide your team with in store support.  

We always suggest that our users first talk to one of these expert in store team members, your Finance team or your Site Manager will be able to give you their details.

For IHG users, your Retail Systems Team will be able to assist you with most queries. You can contact them via 1300 131 843

Help! I still need some extra assistance, what do I do?

If you have any specific questions regarding our training modules or can’t find what you are looking for, you can lodge a support request with your Help Desk (Retail Systems Team) and they will get in touch with one of our trainers!
