About our resource content

New features and enhancements are continually being added and refined across our suite of sympac products.  This means that we may not have a dedicated resource for every functionality and there may also be some slight variations between the resources available on this  portal and the current version of the sympac software that you are using.

As you work through our documentation and video resources, you will notice that certain screenshots may show examples from a variety of retail scenarios, and may look different to your particular business.

For the purposes of training and general reference for our software, you should assume that the screenshots in our resources provides a good example of how the particular feature or process works within the our software.  If the buying group or retail scenario in the screenshot example shown is different to your own, that doesn’t mean that the software doesn’t work for you, or that the instruction for that part of the software doesn’t apply to you.

As we release new content or update existing resources on this portal we will add a note to that module’s page to let you know what has changed.

Each individual module has search capabilities and other handy navigation tools as well as our dedicated ‘search’ and ‘module’ pages that will assist you find what you are looking for.  Find out more about the modules in our Knowledge Base and our plans for eLearning further below and how you can provide feedback!
